Description

The process engineering focus of the Doppstadt screw press is not on extracting as much biogas from the feed material as possible, but rather on providing a clean biogas substrate with a single machine, that requires no further treatment. Working chamber of the press screw diameter / length: 500mm / 2000mm. Pressing baskets: round sieve holes with 8mm diameter. Feed hopper: volume: 5m³, feed height: 2900mm. Foldable one-piece rear belt: dimensions X / Y / Z: 5000mm / 1200mm / 3000mm with smooth belt. Eccentric screw pump for filtrate: max. delivery head / delivery length: 10m / 15m. Throughput: 8-12t / h, liquid phase TS: 16%-23%. The machine is in mint condition with only 300 hours of operation. Including feed hopper DM 205, folding one-piece rear belt and eccentric screw pump for filtrate. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
